The house is a medium size villa located in the area of Kompally, Hyderabad. The past few years have seen a significant growth of residential communities in this area , with modern day designs spread all over the area. Our aim was to make this house a distinguished one, with modern facades and the luxury element which is of the client's requirement.

Vertical massing has been done, with the formal spaces in the ground floor, private spaces in the first and second floors, and the informal areas completely in the second floor.

The highlight of this project, is the double height lobby space with the ultra modern steel staircase , and floor to ceiling windows. The dark contrast of white walls and dark wood interiors gives a whole new definition to the word- luxury! The formal entrance at the front of the house and informal entry from the lobby side of the house, shows the flexibility of spaces and efficient circulation of the building. The imposing pergola over the sit out on the second floor is not only a beauty in the facade, it makes up the distinguishing factor of the house
